Marsh Mansion

Intimate event space with beautiful patio and lawn. This is a preferred ceremony site for many couples! Max capacity of 100 guests.

In addition to the main clubhouse, the restored mansion, named after the previous owners of the Heritage Hunt property, serves as an additional gathering place for residents and guests. The facility includes several meeting rooms, a game room complete with billiards tables, a library, HOA offices and restrooms.

Heritage Hunt residents can relax by the fireplace, enjoy perusing books in the library, attend a special event in the parlor or enjoy some fun in the game room. This facility also houses the management offices for the Association.
