Community Publication

The Heritage Horn is an award winning monthly community publication designed to keep the community informed on various events and community governance actions. The publication is made available to its residents, advertisers and community guests on a monthly basis with both a print and digital copy. The articles are mostly written by resident representatives from the various clubs, committees and governing authorities. Policies and Procedures

Those desiring to advertise or have an article considered in The Heritage Horn are asked to contact the Editor at [email protected].

There are two types of advertising available: classified (text only) and display (framed graphic and text).

All submissions (article and advertising) and payments are due the 10th of the prior month (i.e. an ad for the June issue needs to be submitted by May 10). Submissions should be e-mailed in one of the following formats: PDF, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, In Design or as Word document. Display ads need to be print ready with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. When submitting please include the following: desired issues for inclusion, point of contact, contact phone number, mailing address and/or desired billing address.

Submission is not a guarantee for inclusion. Placement of articles and advertising is at the discretion of the Editor/Publisher. The Heritage Hunt Homeowners' Association does NOT endorse any of the submitted ads. We strive to maintain a balance of community interest pieces with advertising. The Heritage Hunt Homeowners’ Association main office is located on the second floor of the Marsh Mansion at 13451 Fieldstone Way.

The official mailing address for the Association is 13451 Fieldstone Way, Gainesville, VA 20155.

The Association main phone line is 703-743-2000 opt #4. The Association fax line is 703-743-2004.

 

Master HOA Assessments include:

  • Triple Play Package with Comcast (TV, Internet, Phone) *Optional Services (DVR, premium channels, additional equipment, etc.) extra fees with individual unit residents*
  • Snow Removal of common area roadways and parking lots (not driveways or private property sidewalks)
  • Common Area Maintenance (recreational amenities and grounds)
  • Trash, Recycle and Yard Waste (seasonal) Collection (Thursdays)

HOA Office Hours

  • Monday-Friday: 8:30AM to 5:00PM
  • Closed on weekends and Federal holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday, Inauguration Day (every four years following a presidential election), George Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. *Please note that the HOA Office Staff works on a Monday through Friday schedule. For these staff members, when a holiday falls on a nonwork day -Saturday and Sunday- the holiday usually is observed on Monday (if the holiday falls on Sunday) or Friday (if the holiday falls on Saturday).

 

Clubhouse Front Desk Hours

  • Monday - Saturday: 8:30AM to 5:00PM (closed from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch)
